1.In order to book a room a reservation form has to be filled in and sent.
2.Sending a completed reservation form does not guarantee the chosen room on the stated date.
3.The hotel will reply promptly in the way indicated in the form by our guest, to confirm the reservation or inform the client of the lack of free rooms.
4.Guests are fully responsible for the consequences of giving incorrect data in a reservation form. 5.Portius Hotel is not responsible for lack of access to the reservation system which is caused by the internet service supplier.
 

Agreement for processing of personal data

By making online reservation, our guests agree to the processing of their personal data and its storage in the Portius Hotel database. The data will be processed only for reservation requirements, making further reservations easier and for marketing purposes of Portius Hotel in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29.08.1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No 133, item 883)
